Dallas, TX, USA The EK-FLASH-ADP flash module adapter is the
latest member for the Eureka Advanced Memory/SIMM Tester family. Built with heavy duty 80
pin SIMM test socket, it is for testing the latest JEDEC pin out FLASH module and SRAM
modules.
This test adapter has built-in 12V/5V programming voltage generator to provide programming
voltage for both the Intel series, AMD series, TI series and the Atmel series of Flash
Prom memories. Test algorithum include address line/ data line test, write/read/erase
test, content verification, checksum verification, as well as read access time testing.
Intended for the JEDEC 80pin SIMM standard, it can be modified to almost any other pin
