Online Ordering and Return Terms and Conditions
The secure server is running with state of the art 128 bit Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) encryption. Customer information is protected at all times - from shopping
cart to checkout. All personal information you provide when purchasing online
SECURE VS. NON-SECURE
You can distinguish a secure page from a non-secure one by looking at the golden
lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser if you are using Internet
Explorer or in the upper right hand part of the toolbar in Netscape. Both of
these icons denote that you are on a secure server. Additionally, URLs on secure
servers begin with "https://" instead of the non-secure "http://".

If you need to check on the status of an existing order, send an e-mail to cst[at]simmtester.com**. If you do not have e-mail,
you may call us between 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Central Standard Time M-F.
We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard for orders in the US only.
ORDERS (outside the US)
We accept bank wire transfer only. No credit card orders. If you wish to prepay
by wire transfer, send us an e-mail (cst[at]simmtester.com**)
with your shipping information and the item you wish to purchase. We will fax
you a performa invoice with the total cost including shipping which you need
to prepay, plus instructions on where to send or how to execute wire transfer.
There is no sales tax applied for out of Texas Customer. TX state residents
Our policy is to process all orders promptly. Actual shipping time is contigent
upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped
within 5 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times vary depending
on your shipping location. In the event of delays, we will attempt to contact
you by phone or mail.
Exact shipping costs for your order are calculated and will appear on your order
form when you order online.
RETURNS / RMAs
Each product is fully guaranteed by CST Inc. Complete warranty is included with
each product. Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject
to the conditions set forth. On most items, if you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (within 25 days, subject
to a RMA # from us. Note: shipping and handling charges excluded).
To return an item,
first obtain a RMA # by sending us an email at cst[at]simmtester.com**
with your name, item, and order # if you know it or you can obtain a RMA# by
phone by calling (972)-241-2662 x 12. We will issue an RMA # and the address
to send returns. Mark the RMA # clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Returns after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition
of the goods and the packaging material.
