Q. Can different CAS Latency modules be mixed and match during installation
A. CAS2 and CAS3 parts can be mixed.

When using both a CAS2 and CAS3 part at the same time, your motherboard should automatically detect and set the memory timings to the fastest common setting, which would be CAS3.

This will allow your CAS2 module to run at the CAS3 setting.
