Memory Installation Support
Q. I upgraded my system to 1GB of SDRAM memory but now Windows won't start
A. If you use Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Millennium Edition, and you install 512 MB or more of RAM, Windows may not start. A solution to the problem can be found in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 253912 at www.microsoft.com

Microsoft's solution will limit your system to using 768MB RAM. If you want to use more than 768 MB of RAM, you may need to upgrade to a newer operating system.
